About the Trainers 2026

Paulina Arancibia - Zumba

Hello! I'm Paulina, mom of two lively children and passionate Zumba instructor.
Dancing has always been an important part of my life and is the perfect antidote to my often stressful family life. As a half-Latina, I love the music, the movement, and the energy that arises when dancing together.
Seven years ago I completed my Zumba training because I wanted to share this exact feeling. For me, Zumba means fun, joy of life, and simply forgetting about everyday life.
Look forward to an energetic dance workout with salsa, bachata, cumbia, reggaeton and many other rhythms – full of fun, movement and good vibes.
I'm looking forward to dancing with you!

Bianca Grosch-Waczulik - Pilates

My name is Bianca and I am very happy to be able to participate in the Pinkathlon this year with Pilates.

Exercise wasn't always my passion. That only changed when I found a sport I truly enjoyed. The course participant eventually became a trainer – today I'm a yoga and Pilates teacher as well as a group fitness instructor.

I love Pilates because it combines strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Every session not only strengthens the body but also improves balance and well-being.

Whether you're a beginner or advanced – I'm looking forward to training with you!

Sandra Moll - Piloxing

A workout for powerful, self-confident and strong women - that was the basic idea of Viveca Jensen, founder of PILOXING. PILOXING is an energetic full-body workout combining the disciplines of boxing, Pilates & dancing. This interval training activates the cardiovascular system, strengthens the musculature and promotes an upright posture, all with lots of fun and motivating music.
Sandra Moll has been a GroupFitness Instructor since 2008 and has had PILOXING fever since 2015! As an Elite Star Instructor for PILOXING, she represents the brand at events, but also loves giving her own courses in Stockerau and the surrounding area.

Felix Kerres - Paddeln

President of the Vienna Dragons Dragon Boat Club

When I jumped into a dragon boat (quite literally) as part of a team building event, in 2010, I believed I knew what to expect. This was not the case.Dragon boating is simply different!
After completely reinventing and regaining control of my limbs, I was hooked on dragon boating. At very latest, after my first competition: the dynamics, the power and the team spirit in the boat are tangible and incomparable!
From 2011 I was regularly paddling and have stayed with it ever since. First as an active sportsperson, but increasingly as helmsman, official and coach. My focus hs moved mainly to pink paddling and supporting the Vienna Pink Dragons :). Because of this, I have gone on to train as a dragon boat trainer so I can offer sustainable and physiologically meaningful training.

Terhi Korhonen - XCO Shape

My name is Terhi Korhonen. I am 47 years old and come from Stockerau. I've always loved being active and have tried many different sports. During my first university studies, I also completed coaching and instructor courses. Since my sons needed me as their chauffeur and caregiver, I was only able to exercise at various ice rinks during that time, mostly just running. For the past few years, I've had more time for myself, and exercise plays a major role in my life. I'm interested in many different sports and am gradually expanding my knowledge. I'm delighted to be a trainer at Pinkathlon 2000. We'll be shaking things up with the XCO Shape Workout! The XCO dumbbells promote the strengthening of deep abdominal and back muscles, as well as collagenous connective tissue. Expect a varied, muscle-strengthening, yet joint-friendly workout! We'll shake the XCOs to infectious rhythms, making it a sweaty, full-body workout with a huge fun factor. Shake it!

Karolina Walter - Pound

Sport has been a part of my life for many years. My passion for it began in 2013 with running – initially as a way to balance my intensive studies. However, I quickly realized I wanted more and discovered my enthusiasm for varied training and motivating group classes at the gym.
The challenging time during the Corona pandemic finally led me to take the step of becoming a trainer myself – a decision I have not regretted for a second to this day.
It fulfills me to motivate people with my positive attitude and to share my joy of movement. Whether it's Pound, Pilates, Zumba, Strong Nation, or Bodywork – every class should not only be an effective workout, but also fun and energizing!

Sandra Watzinger - Yoga

Hi, I'm Sandra!

I've loved sports for as long as I can remember. I started with toddler gymnastics and volleyball and have tried out a wide variety of sports since then. You can now find me at the gym almost every day. I discovered my passion for Y♥ga many years ago, which is why I trained to be a yoga instructor. Yoga is the connection between body, mind, and soul, and that's exactly what I want to convey to my participants. I enjoy practicing Vinyasa Yoga. Here, asanas/physical exercises are sequenced in a dynamic flow. This puts you in a light meditative state and allows you to switch off wonderfully. Come and try it out. I look forward to seeing you! ♥

Marlene Mayrhofer - Strong

Hi, I'm Marlene and I live in Stetteldorf. Sport has always been an important part of my life, and for several years now I've also been working as a trainer. My qualifications include Zumba, yoga, and Piloxing, among others. And of course, Strong Nation – because that's my real passion! What I love about this HIIT program is the wonderful feeling of training strength and endurance to cool beats. With bodyweight exercises, cardio, and strength training (like squats, burpees, and kickboxing moves) that are precisely synchronized to specially composed music, we really work up a sweat at the Pinkathlon. The rhythm of the motivating music serves as our driving force. With various options for each exercise, the program is suitable for all fitness levels. I'm looking forward to seeing you there!

Andrea Glasl - Hula Dance

My name is Andrea. Once the children had left home, I had time for myself again and was able to complete several fitness trainer certifications. That's how I discovered and fell in love with Hula Dance-Fit.
Hula Dance-Fit - dance movements set to a mix of reggae, hip-hop, and traditional Pacific drum sounds. This Caribbean-feeling workout, with its rhythmic hip movements, is guaranteed to melt away those extra pounds!
